Roadworks – Road Renovation And Requalification Work. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Road Renovation And Requalification Work. The City Of Nîmes Will Use This Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement For Projects Requiring The Mobilization Of Significant Human And Material Resources And Requiring High Technicality, Whether In The Preparation Of The Site As Well As In The Implementation Of Various Processes (Reuse Of Materials In Place; Treatment Of Platforms With Lime; Bridging Of Cracks; Production Of Different Coatings: Eme, Bbm, Btm, Bbtm, High Performance Acoustic Coating, Bbum, Bbdr, Bbsg; Implementation Of Barriers Of All Types Adapted To The Rules In Force). All Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed. The Services Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With Two Economic Operators (Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Candidates), Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Value. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Whose Duration Begins On Its Date Of Notification And Ends After 12 Months. This Contract Is Renewable 3 Times For A Period Of 12 Months For Each Renewal. The Start And End Dates Indicated Below Are Therefore Purely Indicative.
