The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation On A Turnkey Basis (Epc) Of A Complete Electricity Storage Facility (Hereinafter Referred To As Mee), And In Particular: Preparation Of Complete And Fault-Free Documentation, Including Design Documentation, Obtaining A Construction Permit, Delivery Of Brand New, Complete, Defect-Free And Undamaged Devices Constituting Mee, Preparation Of The Construction Site, Execution Of Works Installation Mee, Execution Of Accompanying Works, Commissioning Of Mee, Execution - If Necessary - Modifications Of Existing Devices And Infrastructure Required To Launch Mee, Carrying Out Tests For Required Mee Components (Fat/Sat), Execution Of Other Installation Works, Delivery And Installation Of Brand New, Complete, Defect-Free And Undamaged Transformer Unit Or Units 400 Kv/Sn, Integration With The Osp Systems And The Ordering Partys Systems, Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, Transferring The Mee To Operation, Obtaining Operator Permits, Training The Ordering Partys Operational Services, As Well As Removing Defects During The Warranty Period And Providing Maintenance Services (Service) In Relation To The Mee. The Contractor Undertakes To Design And Implement Mee With Guaranteed Technical Parameters And Achieving And Maintaining The Guaranteed Technical Parameters, Which - Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Agreement And The Laws In Force On The Date Of Signing The Taking-Over Into Operation Protocol - Will Be Able To Fulfill All Intended Functions And Cover Mee With The Service, As Well As Fulfill All Other Obligations Of The Contractor Specified In The Agreement. 2.
