A Purchase Order Issued When The Validity Period Of The Contract Has Expired Cannot Give Rise To Any Contractual Obligation And Therefore Does Not Entitle The Holder To Payment. This Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 3 Years, The Duration Of Which Begins On Its Date Of Notification And Ends On The Date Of Admission Of All The Services Provided For In The Contract. This Contract Is Not Renewable. This Contract Is Awarded Following An Open Call For Tenders Procedure, In Application Of Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 To R2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Services Will Be Remunerated Both By Applying A Fixed Price To Part Of The Services, And Both By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed/Delivered (Mixed Prices). The Services Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With An Economic Operator, Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Value. The Services Under The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued By The Public Buyer And Will Be Paid According To The Unit Prices In The Unit Price Schedule, Based On The Quantities Actually Executed.
