The Community Wishes To Entrust To A Delegate The Exclusive Care Of Ensuring At Its Own Risk The Management And Continuity Of The Public Drinking Water Distribution Service Within The Delegation Perimeter And In Particular The Management And Operation Of The Prés Paris Pipeline, The Production, Transport, Distribution Of Drinking Water And The Management Of The User Service, With The Exception Of: - The Wholesale Production Of Drinking Water From The Water Decarbonation Plant Des Jovets With The Prés Paris Pumping Station, - The Operation, Maintenance And Renewal Of Equipment At The Prés Paris Pumping Station In The Commune Of Marignier. The Delegation Includes The Management Of All The Works Necessary For The Execution Of The Delegated Service, Existing On The Date Of Signature Of The Contract Or Which Will Be Carried Out Within The Delegated Perimeter. The Service Includes 2,196 Subscribers (2024 Data) As Well As A Network Length Of 51 Km. The Purpose Of The Delegation Relates To Drinking Water, The Concession Is Awarded According To The Simplified Procedure (Article R.3126-1 2° A) Of The Public Procurement Code), Whatever Its Amount.
