The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Contracting Of The “Home Help Service Of The Sanxenxo City Council” Within The Municipal Powers, Taking Into Account Law 13/2008, Of December 3, On Social Services Of Galicia, Law 39/2006, Of December 14, On The Promotion Of Personal Autonomy And Care For People In A Situation Of Dependency And The Decree 99/2012, Of March 16, Which Regulates Community Social Services And Their Financing, In Accordance With The Specific Administrative Clauses (Hereinafter Pcap), The Technical Requirements (Hereinafter Ppt) And The Offer Presented By The Contractor, All Of Which Are Contractual In Nature. In Case Of Discrepancy Between Specifications, The One Indicated In The Pcap Will Take Precedence. Home Help Service In The Municipality Of Sanxenxo, Which Is Part Of The Basic Community Social Services, With Planning, Coordination And Public Control Through The Department Of Basic Community Social Services. The Service Includes The Basic Provision Of The Social Services System Under A Free Competition Regime And The Provision To People In A Situation Of Valued Dependency Who, In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Individual Care Program, Have Been Assigned This Provision As An Ideal Resource, As Well As The Benefits To Them. The Planning, Monitoring And Control Of The Benefits Of This Contract Will Be Carried Out Through The Department Competent In The Matter.
