The Planned Construction Activity: The Purpose Of The Investment Is To Develop The Leisure Area Of The National Public Service University In Orczy-Kert For Sports And Leisure Purposes. As Part Of The Investment, In Addition To The Significant Development Of The Park, A Standard, Live-Grass Soccer Field, A Service Building With Stands, And An Artificial Grass Training Field Will Be Built. A Total Of 3 Parking Spaces Will Be Created In The Park Area, No Parking Zone Will Be Created. The Successful Tenderer Must Remove Topsoil Contaminated With Plant Stems In The Area At The Start Of The Work (Rough Landscaping). It Is Necessary To Replace The Trees Cut Down In The Park Area.
