If There Is A Suspicion Of Offering As Your Own Product That Exists Or Existed In The Offer Of Another Entity Under A Different Name, The Contractor Will Be Asked To Provide Explanations Regarding The Origin Of The Product And The Consent Of The Entity Holding The Rights To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product To Modify And Further Resell The Product Under A Different Name.
