This Consultation Will Be Carried Out In Application Of Articles R.2162-1 To R.2162-6 And R.2162-13 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code Relating To Framework Agreements And In Application Of Articles L.2113-12 And L2113-13 Of The Public Procurement Relating To Reserved Markets. This Is A Mixed Framework Agreement With A Lump Sum Part And A Purchase Order Part With No Minimum, With A Maximum Orders Of €40,000 Excluding Tax Over The Overall Duration Of The Framework Agreement As Provided For In Article 2.6 Of These Consultation Regulations, Concluded With An Economic Operator. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 36 Months From 01/01/2026. However, If Its Notification Is After January 1, 2026, The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement Expires On 12/31/2028.
