This Is A Defense And Security Contract Awarded Following A Procedure With Negotiation In Application Of Articles L2324-1, L2324-3, R2324-1, R2324-3, R2361-1, R2361-8 To R2361-12 Of The Public Order Code. This Contract For The Study And Production Of Prototypes Of A Directional And Integrable Antenna On Aircraft For Intra-Patrol Communication Is Made Up Of Four Positions. Item 1: Integration Study. Position 2: Creation And Development Of Prototypes. Item 3: Ground Evaluation Test File. Position 4: Support For The Flight Test Campaign. For Information, The Market Is Divided Into Four Distinct Phases. Each Position Corresponds To A Phase. The Public Entity May Decide To Stop The Execution Of Services At The End Of Each Phase. The Decision To Stop Benefits Will Not Give Rise To Any Compensation. The Cessation Of The Performance Of The Services Will Result In The Termination Of The Contract Under The Conditions Provided For In Article 41 Of The Cac Armament. For Information, The Amount Of Budgetary Credits Allocated Is €1,000,000 Excluding Tax. It Is Specified That The Deadline For Submission Of Envelopes Is 04/12/2025 At 12:00 P.M. (Paris Time).
