The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Specific Types Of Construction Works, In Accordance With What Is Specified In The Attached Bill Of Quantities (Bco), As Separate Repair Works Will Be Performed To Carry Out: Dismantling Of The Existing Roof, New Roof Construction Dry Ridge And Roof, Lightning Protection Installation. The Exact Quantities Of Work To Be Performed Are Individualized In The Attached Ccc. In Accordance With Art. 114, Para. 1 Of The Zop, The Execution Of This Contract Will Be Considered Awarded Under A Deferred Condition - Deferred Execution, Which Is Tied To The Provision Of Financing By The Contracting Party. In The Event That Funds Are Not Provided To Finance The Construction, Subject Of The Contract, Either Party May Request Termination Of The Contract Without Notice, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion. When, After The Expiration Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated. Implementation Deadline – No Later Than November 25, 2025. The Term Of Execution Is Until The Acceptance Of The Performed Repair, Which Is Certified By A Handover Protocol, Which Certifies: The Quantity Of Cmr, Quality And Value Of The Work Performed And The Input Materials, As Well As Whether The Deadline For The Execution Of This Contract, Signed By The Parties, Has Been Met.
