Tenders Are Invited For Control Of Food Hygiene In School Restaurants, Leisure Centers Without Accommodation And Early Childhood Structures In The Alès Agglomération Community
This Consultation Is Launched Following The Adapted Procedure, Defined In Articles L2123-1 And R2123-3 Of The Public Order Code. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of One Firm Year, Expressly Renewable Three Times Without Its Total Duration Being Able To Exceed Four Years. The Execution Of All The Services Begins From The Date Fixed By Service Order Specific To Each Lot. No Guarantee Clause Will Be Applied. Prices Are Revised Annually In The Event Of Renewal According To The Terms Specified In Article 5.2 Of The Ccap. No Variation Is Authorized. Advance Under The Conditions Defined In The Ccap.
