Subject Of The Order. 1.1 As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver To The Ordering Party For Remuneration (Delivery) Industrial Fittings - Gate Valves, Taps, Valves, Butterfly Valves And Spare Parts Approved For Trading On The Intra-Community (Ce) Market. 1.2 The Detailed Type, Parameters And Quantities Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification, Which Is Available At: Https://Kopalniawieliczka.Ezaniąjacy.Pl. 2. Delivery Terms. 2.1 Industrial Fittings Will Be Delivered By The Contractor On The Ordering Partys Orders, Successively, In Batches, During The Duration Of The Contract In A Maximum Of 30 Batches. 2.2 The Quantity And Type Of Industrial Fittings To Be Delivered In One Batch Depends On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Written Order. 2.3 Orders For The Delivery Of Industrial Fittings Will Be Submitted And Forwarded To The Contractor By E-Mail. 2.4 The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Industrial Fittings Listed In Annex 1 To The Specification Within 21 Days From The Date Of Submitting The Order To The Contractor. 2.5 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail About The Preparation Of The Ordered Delivery Of Industrial Fittings, No Later Than 1 Day Before The Required Delivery Date. 2.6 Place Of Delivery - Warehouse Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine S.A., 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1. 2.7 Delivery Hours To The Wieliczka Salt Mine Are Set On Working Days From Monday To Friday From... 7.00 – 13.00. 2.8 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Industrial Fittings At His Own Expense And On His Own. 2.9 With The Delivery Of Industrial Fittings, The Contractor Should Provide: A) Ce Approval Certificates, B) Proof Of Issue Of The Product Outside The Wz Or A Vat Invoice. 3. Information About Options. As Part Of The Order, The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Annex 1 To The Specification, With A Value Of 60% Of The Total Gross Price Given In The Offer. The Remaining Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, Worth 40% Of The Total Gross Price, Will Be Purchased By The Ordering Party Depending On Its Needs (Option Right). 4. Information About Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 5. Information About Variant Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 6. Justification For Not Dividing The Contract Into Lots. The Order Is Part Of A Larger Order - For The Supply Of Fittings For The Wieliczka Salt Mine. The Decision To Divide The Subject Of This Contract Into Even Smaller Parts Would Not Increase The Competitiveness Of The Procedure. Due To Its Size, The Subject Of The Order Does Not Violate The Principles Of Fair Competition And Does Not Impede Access To The Order For Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises.
