The Implementation Includes The Following Activities That Are Related To The Construction Of The Object And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To Them: 1. Implementation Of Smr According To The Technical Project, The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book, Including The Smr Provided For By The Quantity-Value Account; 2. Implementation Of Unforeseen Works (As A Result Of Unforeseen Circumstances, In The Sense Of The Plo), Which Are Types And/Or Quantities Of Works That Are Not Included In The Technical Project And The Bill Of Quantities, But Whose Implementation Is Proven Necessary For The Complete And High-Quality Implementation Of The Construction; 3. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Investment Project; 4. Production And/Or Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Equipment And Their Investment In The Construction; 5. Notifying The Employer Of The Need For Additional Design; 6. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; 7. Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of The Executive Documentation Of The Construction; Geodetic Surveying For Application In A Specialized Cadastre; 8. Participation In The Procedure For Putting The Construction Into Operation; 9. Removal Of Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; 10. Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Specified In The Contract.
