This Includes: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase In All Necessary Parts (Architecture, Construction, Energy Efficiency, Electricity, Accounting Documentation, Fire Safety, Safety And Health Plan And Construction Waste Management Plan), According To The Initial Design Data, Prescriptions, Technical Specifications And Assignment Of The Contracting Authority And In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Regulations In Republic Of Bulgaria, Including Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, The Territorial Planning Act And The By-Laws On Their Implementation. Assisting The Contracting Authority In Carrying Out An Administrative Procedure For Approval Of The Investment Project By The Competent Authority And Coordination Of The Project Documentation By All Necessary Authorities, Elimination Of Errors And Omissions Found During The Design And Obtaining A Construction Permit.
