Tenders Are Invited For Engineering - Design, Construction And Authors Supervision Of A Site: Reconstruction Of The Internal Water Supply Network Of The Village Of Turkmen, Municipality Of Brezovo

The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Three Activities As Follows: Activity 1 Design - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design (Tp) Phase. The Project Aims To Ensure Higher Reliability Of Water Supply And Improve The Quality Of The Service - Supplying Water To Consumers In The Village Of Turkmen. Specific Goals: Reducing Water Losses, Drastically Reducing The Number Of Accidents Along The Water Supply System And Improving The Quality Of The Supplied Water. The Project Aims To Provide A Technical Possibility To Ensure A Reliable Water Supply To The Properties Within The Scope Of The Order, Reduce The Losses Of Expensive Water And Reduce The Costs Of Maintaining And Operating The Water Supply Sections. The Investment Project Must Be Developed On An Up-To-Date Cadastral Basis - Cadastral And Regulatory Plans Of The Territory Of The Settlement. The Design Will Be Carried Out In One Phase - In The Technical Design Phase And Should Include The Following Parts: Part Water Supply And Sewerage; Part Geodesy; Part Organization And Traffic Safety; Partial Safety And Health Plan; Part Fire Safety; Partial Construction Waste Management Plan; Accounting Documentation Part. Activity 2 - Performance Of Construction And Installation Work - The Contractor Should Perform The Construction In Accordance With The Issued Construction Documents And The Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1 And 3 Of The Territorial Planning Act, As Well As With The Rules For The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works And Measures To Protect The Life And Health Of People On The Construction Site. The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Should Be With Materials, Products, Products And Others In Accordance With The Basic Requirements For Construction, As Well As To Comply With The Technological Requirements For Their Installation. The Scope Of Construction Work Includes The Provision Of The Necessary Personnel, Construction Machinery, Equipment, Materials, Tools And Consumables Necessary For The Implementation Of The Types Of Activities Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer And The Available Technical Documentation. Activity 3 - Exercise Of Authors Supervision - In Connection With The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Projects During The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, The Contractor Should Carry Out Authors Supervision, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Territorial Planning Act. With The Implementation Of Authors Supervision, The Exact Implementation Of The Project And Construction Rules And Regulations Are Guaranteed. Author Supervision Should Be Exercised For All Stages. The Contractor Will Exercise The Authors Supervision During Construction, According To The Approved Project Documentation And The Applicable Regulations, Through The Designers Of The Individual Parts Of The Project.
