The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Periodic Deliveries Of Laboratory Consumables Under 25 Nomenclature (Nomenclature Units), According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), With The Aim Of Selecting A Contractor/S And Concluding A Contract/S Under The Most Favorable Conditions For Sbalhz Ead. Part Of The Nomenclature Includes Sub-Nomenclature, And The Participants Must Necessarily Offer All The Sub-Nomenclature Contained In This Nomenclature. The Non-Offering Of All Sub-Items In The Given Nomenclature, Or The Non-Compliance Of Any Of Them With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Is Grounds For Removing The Participant From The Order For This Nomenclature. The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation, Describes In Detail The Technical Characteristics, Estimated Quantity And Estimated Value Of The Laboratory Consumables For Each Nomenclature. The Quantities Of Laboratory Consumables Specified In The Technical Specification By Nomenclature Are Estimated, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Declare The Entire Estimated Quantity, But According To Its Needs. The Actual Performance Of The Public Order Is Determined Based On The Admission Of Patients And The Forecast Of Sbalhz Ead For The Laboratory Consumables Required By The Medical Institution.
