The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Selection Of An Operator For The Provision Of Mobile And Fixed Telephone Services For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Culture, Divided Into Two Separate Items As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Selection Of An Operator For The Provision Of Mobile Phone Services For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Culture The Subject Includes The Provision Of Digital Mobile Phone Services According To The Lte, Gsm And Umts Standards, Provided Through 65 Sim Cards (Voice), With The Possibility Of Number Portability And The Use Of The Roaming Service In The Territory Of The Country And Beyond. The Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements For Implementation Include: Provision Of A Corporate Group Of Sim Cards With The Possibility Of Changes In The Number And Plans Without Penalties; Package Plans For Subscribers (A, B And C) With Included National And International Calls, Sms And Mobile Internet With The Specified Parameters; Credit Limits And Tariffs According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority; Possibility To Integrate The Sim Cards In The Institutional Exchanges (Gsm Gateway); Provision Of Detailed Accounts, Access To The Contractors Information System And Reporting By Subscribers; A Mandatory Mobilization Period Of Up To 15 Days To Ensure A Smooth Transition To The New Contractor. Separate Position No. 2: Selection Of An Operator For The Provision Of Fixed Telephone Services For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Culture The Subject Includes The Provision Of Fixed Telephone Services For Direct Telephone Exchanges And For The Internal Exchanges Of The Contracting Authoritys Headquarters (Siemens Hipatx 3759 With 209 Internal Numbers), With The Possibility Of Increasing Or Decreasing The Number Of Exchanges. The Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements Include: Voice Transmission And Facsimile Messages For Direct And Internal Posts; Compatibility With The Clients Existing Equipment And Preservation Of Geographical Numbers; Providing Identification Of Incoming/Outgoing Calls, Free Calls To National Emergency And Non-Geographic Numbers; Provision Of Detailed Accounts And Access To An Information System For Inquiries; Provision Of Technical Support Under The 24/7/365 Helpdesk Scheme; All One-Time Costs For Commissioning And Relocation Of Services Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.
