Subject Of The Agreement The Subject Of The Contract Includes All Information Layers Supported By The Supplier, Containing Data From The Cadastral And Regulatory Plans For The Entire Territory Of The Metropolitan Municipality, For Which The Supplier Can Grant The Right To Use, And Their Renewal. For Arising Needs For Data And Services Related To Supported Information Layers Containing Data From The Cadastral And Regulatory Plans For The Entire Territory Of The Metropolitan Municipality, For Which The Provider May Grant The Right To Use, Not Included In Price Table No. 1, But Appearing In The Price List Published On The Suppliers Company Website, The Employer Reserves The Right To Order Them From The Supplier At Prices From The Price List, Current At The Time Of The Order With The Discount Percentage Offered By The Supplier In Price Table No. 2. The Contracting Authority Orders From The Suppliers Price List A Value Of Up To 5% (Five Percent) Of The Contract Value (Excluding Options). The Supplier Is Not Guaranteed Quantities Of Data And Services Ordered, Subject Of The Contract, And Duration Of Activities. Communication Between The Parties Is Carried Out By Mail, By Courier, By Electronic Means Under The Terms And Conditions Of The Electronic Document And Electronic Signature Law Or By A Combination Of These Means. Technological Requirements For Geographic Databases The Size And Detail In The Description Of The Individual Objects For The Geographic Database Layers Correspond To The Map M1:1000. The Geographic Databases Must Be Presented In The Arcview Format - *.Shp Or Another Format Agreed With The Contracting Authority On A Cd With The Files And Specifications Of The Tables/Symbols. The Geographic Database Must Be In The Coordinate System Wgs84 Utm 35N And The Baltic Height System Or Others Agreed With The Contractor. The Granted Right To Use The Digital Databases Cannot Be Granted By The Contracting Authority To Third Parties Without The Consent Of The Supplier. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Processing Of The Data For Their Preparation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. For Territories With An Approved Cadastral Map And Cadastral Registers (Kkkr), The Provider Will Provide Data From An Archival Cadastral Plan. Approved Kkkr Are Purchased By The Agency For Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre. When Updating Data, The Provider Is Obliged To Provide The Complete Information Layers Again. The Data Provided By The Supplier May Be Used By The Contracting Authority For Non-Commercial Purposes For Embedding In The Contracting Authoritys Internet Site.
