The Current Public Order Includes The Supply Of Stationery For The Needs Of The Municipal Administration And The Secondary Budget Managers Of The Municipality Of Silistra. The Deliveries Are Periodic And Are Carried Out After A Prior Request Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Municipal Administration And The Secondary Budget Managers Of The Municipality Of Silistra. The Goods Subject To Delivery, Along With The Requirements Of The Employer Regarding Their Technical And Functional Characteristics, Unit Of Measure And Estimated Quantity For A Period Of One Year, Are Described In Detail In Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specification For The Respective Individual Item. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated (Indicative), Therefore The Employer Reserves The Right To Increase, Decrease Or Not Request A Given Item. Each Of The Sites, Within The Framework Of The Agreed Value In The Contract, Has The Right To Change, Increase And/Or Reduce The Quantities, According To The Real Needs Of The Sites. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Assign The Delivery Of All Materials Specified In The Technical Specification, As Well As To Request Other Stationery Items From The Contractors Catalog Current At The Time Of The Request And/Or On The Contractors Official Website /On-Line Store/, For Which The Contracting Authority Uses A Commercial Discount In The Amount Proposed By The Contractor In Its Price Proposal. The Discount Offered Will Be A Constant Value For The Entire Term Of The Contract.
