The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Electricity By The Contractor To The Ordering Party For The Needs Of Street Lighting, Buildings And Facilities Managed By The Głogów Młp. Commune And The Ekogłog Company. This Order Does Not Cover Electricity Distribution Services. 2. Electricity Will Be Supplied In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Document Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Art. 246 Section 2 Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) - Energy Law 5. The Estimated Demand For Electricity In The Period: March 1, 2026 - February 29, 2028 Is 8,131,724 Kwh. 6. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Perform The Activities Resulting From The Power Of Attorney Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Draft Contract, In Particular To: 1) Notify The Indicated Distribution System Operator Of The Electricity Sales Contract Concluded With The Contractor, Submit Declarations Of Will And Determine On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Information Regarding The Termination Of The Current Electricity Sales Contract And The Provision Of Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) 2) Concluding, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Who Has A Comprehensive Agreement In Force So Far, An Agreement For The Provision Of Distribution Services With A Designated Distribution System Operator, On The Basis Of An Appropriate Power Of Attorney Or The Ordering Partys Declaration Of Consent To Conclude An Agreement For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services With A Given Distribution System Operator, Granted By The Ordering Party According To The Template Applicable To A Given Contractor, Unless The Ordering Party Signs The Contract (Draft Agreement - Annex No. 4 To The Swz) Will Be Accompanied By The Power Of Attorney Or Declaration In Question. 7. Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Must Have A Valid General Contract With Pge Dystrybucja S.A., Enabling The Sale Of Electricity Through The Osd Distribution Network To All Facilities Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 8. The Ordering Party Declares That It Has Appropriate Legal Titles And The Right To Purchase Electricity For The Facilities Indicated In The Procedure. 9. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, It Is Possible To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Facilities (Collection Points) Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Increasing Collection Points Or Changing The Tariff Group Is Only Possible Within Tariff Groups That Have Been Included In The Swz And Priced In The Contractors Offer Form. 10. The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Nature Of The Order, It Is Impossible To Determine The Exact Consumption Of Electricity Covered By The Subject Of The Order. For This Reason, The Ordering Party Presented An Estimated Amount Of Consumption
