Separate Item No. 2: Subscription For Access To Content Of Foreign Specialized Electronic Publications In 2026. Separate Position No. 3: Subscription And Delivery Of Bulgarian Periodicals (Newspapers, Magazines And Newsletters) In 2026. Item No. 4: Annual Subscription To The International Internet Catalog Of Banknotes For The Needs Of The National Analysis Center Department. Important! The Services Under Separate Items No. 3 And No. 4 Have A Total Value Of Bgn 32,600 Excluding Vat And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Ppa Will Be Awarded According To The Order Valid For Their Individual Value (According To Art. 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Ppa). The Value Of The Services For The Individual Items, Which Will Be Awarded In The Order Valid For Their Individual Value, Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 Excluding Vat, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Items (Individual Items No. 3 And No. 4) Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order In The Amount Of Bgn 192,600 Without Vat. Participants In The Current Public Procurement Procedure Should Not Submit Bids Within The Procedure For Specific Position No. 3 And Specific Position No. 4.
