Jaromír Krivulčík, Čkait 1003987, Authorization In The Field Of Building Construction And Other Entries In The Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation). All Properties, Procedures, Requirements And Specifications Are Listed In The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Is Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation, And In The Project Documentation, Which Together With The Measurement Statement Is Annex No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation. The Client Explicitly Mentions The Need To Carry Out The Work In Accordance With The Methodology Document For The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm). This Methodology Has Application Priority Over The Project Documentation, I.E. In The Event Of A Conflict Regarding The Method Of Execution Of The Work, The Procedure According To The Document Methodology To The Dnsh Principle Will Be Preferred, Or The Work Will Be Carried Out In Such A Way That This Methodology To The Dnsh Principle Is Observed. The Contractor Also Undertakes To Properly Document Compliance With This Methodology As Required By The Subsidy Provider. The Technical Supervision Of This Contract May Not Be Carried Out By The Supplier Or A Person Connected To Him. If There Is A Reference To Certain Suppliers, Products Or Patents For Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks Or Indications Of Origin In The Procurement Conditions, Technical Specifications, Project Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, Then According To The Provisions Of § 89, Paragraph 5 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, Such A Reference Is Considered To Be A Specification Of Technical Conditions, Which Without Its Use Would They Were Not Sufficiently Precise And Understandable.
