The Object Of This Contract Is The Preparation Of The Required Studies For The Anti-Flood Shielding And Protection Of The Municipality Of Athens. In Summary, These Studies Concern The Drainage Of An Area Of ​​1,900 Ha (Hectares) Of The Municipality, The Adequacy Control Of The Existing Rainwater Drainage Network, The Solution Of Already Recorded Flooding Problems Of The Municipality, Where This Is Feasible, And The Investigation-Implementation Of Retention Tanks - Rainwater Collection For Reuse With Circular Management. The Subject Of The Study Includes The Required Hydraulic Studies, Topographic Surveys, Accompanying Geotechnical Surveys - Studies, Static And E/M Studies And The Study Of The Environmental Effects Of The Projects, In Terms Of The Sub-Areas That Include Streams And Rivers, Which Pass Through The Area And Is Pre-Estimated For Potential Projects With A Requirement For Environmental Licensing, The Investigation Of Environmental Conditions And The Preparation Of The Corresponding Required Environmental Studies. The Study Will Be Prepared In The Final Study Stage For The Hydraulic Study Of The Internal Stormwater Drainage Network Of Part Of The Urban Fabric Of The Municipality Of Athens With A Drained Area Of ​​1,900 Ha, In The Preliminary Study Stage For The Hydraulic Study Of Rainwater Retention Tanks, With A Total Volume Of 2,400 M3 (With Corresponding Static And E/M Study) As Blue Elements Infrastructure And Circular Water Use, A Preliminary Study For The Integration Of Blue Infrastructure Into The Citys Stormwater Management System And An Investigation Into The Development Of Permeable Surfaces. Tender Documents Will Be Drawn Up For The Preliminary Studies And Final Studies. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections And Is Assigned As A Single Whole Because The Individual Tasks/Studies Are Interrelated, The Existence Of More Than One Assigned Section Will Cause Confusion And Difficulty In Preparing The Study. It Is A Single Study Object And Subdividing It Into Sections Would Lead To Object Division, As It Consists Of Only One Main Study And Its Supporting Ones.
