In Order To Maintain Rationality In Public Sector Contracting, And, For The Purposes Required In Article 28 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts, By Which The Directives Of The European Parliament And Of The Council 2014/23/Eu And 2014/24/Eu, Of February 26, 2014, Are Transposed Into The Spanish Legal System, Regarding The Nature And Extent Of The Needs That Are Intended To Be Covered By The Present Service Contract, As Well As The Suitability Of Its Object And Content To Satisfy Them, The Following Is Indicated: The Need To Strengthen Institutional Communication Has Led To A Notable Increase In The Number Of Institutional, Protocol And Representation Acts Carried Out By The Ministry Of The Presidency Of The Junta De Castilla Y León. These Acts, Necessary For The Fulfillment Of Institutional Objectives, Require A Specialized Service That Allows The Efficient Transfer, Assembly And Disassembly Of High-Volume Elements In Various Locations, As Well As Their Storage. Its Unexpected And Unpredictable Nature, As Well As The Growing Number Of Institutional Events That Are Held, Make It Essential To Have A Contract That Guarantees The Availability Of These Services In An Agile And Efficient Manner. Therefore, And Given That The Current Contract For “Service For The Transportation And Assembly Of High-Volume Elements And Their Storage Of The Ministry Of The Presidency” Is Close To Its End, It Is Necessary To Proceed With A New Contract That Ensures Continuity And Efficiency In The Development Of Institutional Activities, To Maintain The Normal Functioning Of This Ministry.
