Textile-Cleaning Services - Washing And Dry Cleaning Service Of Uniform Supplies For The 13Th Military Economic Division In Grudziądz In 2026 - Case Number 107/2025. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of Laundry And Dry Cleaning Services For Uniform Supplies To The 13Th Military Economic Division In Grudziądz In 2026. The Basic Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Water Washing Without Finishing ~ 9000 Kg; 2) Water Washing With Finishing ~ 45,000 Kg, Including: Water Washing With Starching, Ironing Or Ironing, Drying And Repair; 3) Dry Cleaning ~ 3500 Kg; 4) Cleaning And Disinfection Of Shoes Approx. 3,000 Pairs; 5) Repairing Minor Damage (Sewing In Zippers, Sewing On Buttons, Strings, Sewing Edges, Pulling In Elastic Bands Or Strings, Darning, Etc.); 6) Drying; 7) Making A Preliminary Selection Of Items Of Uniform Supplies And Equipment After Washing, Consisting In The Preliminary Classification Of Items Intended For Further Use And Those Intended For Disposal, Packing Them Separately And Marking The Items Intended For Disposal With The X Symbol; 8) Folding And Packing Items Of Uniforms And Equipment After Washing And Dry Cleaning In Foil - Underwear And Bedding, In Bags, Containers Or Sheets - Parts Of Uniforms - In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Contract; 9) In The Case Of Washed Bedding, It Will Be Finished According To The Accepted Rules, I.E. Starched, Ironed, Ironed, Folded And Wrapped In Foil. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Detailed Supervision Over The Performance Of The Service At Every Stage, From Packing To Washing - Transport - Actual Washing - Checking And Minor Repairs - Packing To Transport To A Given Military Unit - Handover. At The Stage Of Contract Implementation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Use Technologies That Ensure An Aesthetic Finish That Does Not Damage Fabric Fibers, As Well As Provide Minor Tailoring Services, With The Cost Of These Services And The Necessary Materials Included In The Price Of Laundry Services;  Perform Laundry Services With The Utmost Care And In A Way That Guarantees Their High Quality;  Have A Current Decision Of The State Sanitary Inspectorate Regarding The Permit To Transport Linen And Clothing By The Contractors Means Of Transport Or A Certificate In The Subject As Above, For At Least Three Vehicles Specifying The Brand And Registration Number Of The Vehicles Performing The Transport  Meet The Requirements For Washing Hospital Linen Contained In § 26 Points 1 And 3 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of March 26, 2019 Regarding Detailed Requirements That Should Be Met By The Premises And Equipment Of An Entity Performing Medical Activities (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 402).  Have A Certificate From An Independent Entity Certifying Compliance Of The Contractors Activities With Quality Standards, In Particular Iso 9001:2015 Management System Certificates In The Field Of Business Activity Covering The Subject Of The Order (I.E. Laundry Services), The Ordering Party Allows The Possession Of Various Documents
