Tenders are invited for Contracting of a Service Provider for the Central Inspections Server Rooms UPS Power Supply. Deadline: Wednesday, 05. Nov 2025 General objective The CI is equipped with the needed power system that ensures continuous operation. Anticipated results The objective of the assignment is to install a UPS system for the Central Inspections server, enabling it to ensure continuous uninterrupted operation. Specific objectives Install an inverter and batteries and all related equipment mentioned in the Annex I within the premises of the Central Inspection. Do the testing and commissioning of the system. IV. Description of the assignment Planned activities: The service provider must support the project in performing the following activities: Assignment preparation : Attend a consultancy launch meeting with the component manager and the focal point and IT manager of the Central Inspection. Phase I: Assessment phase Conduct site visit to confirm the eleciticty needs based on the current needs and the feedback collected from server room. Phase II: Implementation phase Conduct the needed electrical based on the assessment phase. Test the installed systems. Prepare the snagging list. Phase III: Post-renovation phase Conduct the final inspection visit after the resolution of the snagging list Draft the final completion report 2. Anticipated deliverables Deliverables End date Site visits After 1 week of contract signature Confirm technical specification and BoQ After 1 week of site visit Final work completion report After 2 week of implementation D 3. Evaluation Criteria Criteria Weights Quality 60 1. Vendor Experience & References (20) 2. Proposed Solution features and capabilities (25) 3. Proposed delivery timeline (15) Price (including TCO) 40 NB: Only tenders with scores of at least 45 points on technical evaluation qualify for the financial evaluation. No other award criteria will be used. The award criteria will be examined in accordance with the requirements indicated in the Terms of Reference Applicants can request a site visit before submitting their proposals, and a site visit will be arranged for all applicants who request the visit. 4. Coordination The service provider shall designate a single contact person for project implementation purposes. The Logistics and Procurement Department will serve as the service providers main contact point for Expertise France. E-mail: lebanon.procurement@expertisefrance.fr Close collaboration must take place with the project team and the public administration personnel, from assignment preparation through to completion. Furthermore, regular exchanges must be maintained with the Logistics and Procurement Department regarding assignment progress and any difficulties that may be encountered.
