Repair And Maintenance Services Of Audio-Visual And Optical Equipment – Av 2026 - Audiovisual And Communication Resources And Services For Digital Courtrooms. This Tender Relates To The Design, Realization And Maintenance Of Audiovisual Facilities, Including Videoconferencing (Vc), As Well As - If Required - The Associated Furniture For The So-Called Seating-Related Areas. This Includes The Following Room Types (Typicals): Hearing Rooms, Victim Rooms, Control Rooms, And Press Rooms. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Expects To Have To Realize A Limited, But As Yet Unknown, Number Of Customized Solutions. This Concerns, For Example, (Childrens) Interrogation Rooms, Recording Studios, Company Restaurants, Optional Rental Of Audiovisual Equipment And Audiovisual Facilities That Occasionally Have To Be Supplied To Other Government Services Within A Judiciary Building. These Customized Solutions Will Only Form A Small Part Of The Total Tender. Further Elaboration Can Be Found In The Descriptive Document A. Basic Scenario; The Current Working Method With Courts, Rvdr And Rvb Will Be Continued And Optimized Where Possible. Within The Possibilities Of This Working Method, The Aim Is To Digitize And Standardize As Many Courtrooms As Possible. With Regard To (Re)Construction, Renovation And Major Maintenance, Planning Is Done At Least Six (6) Months In Advance. The Average Order Value Per Year Is Expected To Be Higher Than The Average Of Recent Years Due To The Backlog In Digitalization. The Estimate Of The Contract Value Is Between €1 Million And €5 Million Per Year B. Ambitious Scenario; An Ambitious Digitalization And Standardization Program Is Being Set Up And Implemented In Collaboration With Courts, Rvdr And Rvb. With Regard To (Re)Construction, Renovation And Major Maintenance, Planning Is Done At Least Twelve (12) Months In Advance. The Estimate Of The Contract Value Is Between €2 Million And €10 Million Per Year.
