The Object Of The Contract Resulting From This Procedure Is Purchase Design And Execution Of Works To Improve Navigation Conditions On The Common Romanian-Bulgarian Sector Of The Danube, Within The Fast Danube 2 Project, For 12 Critical Points Within The Critical Areas Along The Common Romanian-Bulgarian Sector Of The Danube, Consisting Of:  Design Phase: Field Investigations - Bathymetric Measurements: All Critical Points - Topographic Measurements: All Critical Points - Hydrodynamic Measurements At Low And Medium Flows: All Critical Points - Geotechnical Investigations: All Critical Points - Sediment Investigations: All Critical Points - Geological And Geophysical Studies: All Critical Points Laboratory Studies - Hydromorphological Analyzes - Study Of Sediment Samples, From The Bed And Soil, From The Shore  Phase Of Design: Technical Execution Project: - 1D And 2D Numerical Modeling: 9 Critical Points (Garla Mare, Salcia, Bogdan Secian, Dobrina, Corabia, Vardim, Iantra, Batin, Kosui), Grouped In The Five Critical Areas And The Creation Of 1D And 2D Numerical Models For Each Critical Area Separately; - 1D, 2D And 3D Numerical Modeling: 3 Critical Points (Bechet, Belene, Popina) - Ship Maneuverability Modeling: All Critical Points With Structures - Evaluation Of Landslides And/Or Erosion Of The Right Bank Of The Danube In All Critical Points - Preparation Of The Technical Execution Project (Developed On The Basis Of The Solution Approved At The Feasibility Study Phase)  Phase Execution: - Dredging In 9 Critical Points (Garla Mare, Salcia, Bogdan Secian, Dobrina, Corabia, Vardim, Iantra, Batin, Kosui). - Dredging And Hydraulic Works: 3 Critical Points (Bechet, Belene, Popina). The Hydrotechnical Constructions In These 3 Points Are: Critical Point 5 - Bechet (Km678 - Km673): • Shore Stabilization Along A Length Of About 4.3Km; • Three Breakwaters Embedded In The Shore For A Length Of At Least 5M, Perpendicular To The Romanian Shore Line; • A Chevron (U-Shaped Breakwater) • The New Island (With Its Upstream End At Km 673.6), Upstream Of The Existing One (Leskovet Island); Critical Point 7 Belene (Km577 - Km560): • Shore Erosion Protection Works, On The Romanian Shore Along A Length Of Approx. 1,153M; • Three Piers, Embedded At Least 5M In The Romanian Shore; • Two Horseshoe/U-Shaped Breakwaters (Chevron) Critical Point 12 Popina (Km428 - Km423): • Three Breakwaters, Embedded At Least 5M Into The Romanian Shore And Perpendicular To It; • A U-Shaped Dike (Chevron)  Post-Execution Phase: Monitoring / Evaluation Of The State Of The Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications In Section Ii Of The Award Documentation. The Purchase Is Common And Includes Part Of The Tasks Of The Fast Danube 2 Project, Implemented Within The Cef 2 Program (Connecting Europe Facility 2), In Which The River Administration Of The Lower Danube Galați Has The Capacity Of Leader And The Executive Agency Exploration And Maintenance Of The Danube River (Bulgaria) Has The Capacity Of Contracting Authority
