The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live And From Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, Located In The Ostrówek Commune, In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2028, And Equipping Them With Waste Containers Or Bags, As Agreed With The Ordering Party. 2. The Above-Mentioned Service Is To Be Provided In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of: 1) The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), 2) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587), 3) Waste Management Plan For The Łódź Voivodeship For The Years 2019-2025, Taking Into Account The Years 2026-2031, Adopted By Resolution No. Xxxiv/546/21 Of The Łódź Voivodeship Assembly On September 28, 2021, 4) Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of May 10, 2021 On The Detailed Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions. 3. The Expected Amount Of Collected And Managed Waste, I.E. The Amount Of Mg Of Waste That The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect During The Order Execution Period Will Be Approximately 2,700 Mg (Basic Range). 4. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Value Of The Basic Service Is 70% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Indicated In § 4 Section 2 Point 2) Of The Draft Agreement. 5. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And The Draft Contract Constituting (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
