The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Services By A Contractor For The Security Of The M.E.A. Facilities. (Composting Plant) And H.Y.T.Y. Fokida, Throughout The Day, When The Agency Does Not Employ Staff For The Operation And Surveillance Of These Facilities, I.E. From 3:00 P.M. To 7:00 A.M., During Working Days (From Monday To Friday In Two Shifts, 3:00 P.M.-11:00 P.M. And 11:00 P.M.-7:00 A.M.) And Around The Clock During Weekends And Holidays (Mandatory, Optional And Local With Three Shifts, 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00 And 23:00-07:00) In Particular, The Contractor, By Order Of The Agency, Must: 1. Monitor The Area And Prohibit The Entry Of Those Who Do Not Have A Job At The Mea And The H.Y.T.Y., 2. Immediately Inform The Agency Of Any Problems And Risks That Arise, And Generally Contributes To Monitoring And Orderly Operation Of The Mea And The H.Y.T.Y., 3. In The Event Of A Fire, To Take All The Necessary Actions To Extinguish It. That Is, To Notify The Services Of The Agency, The Competent Fire Service And To Put Into Operation The Fire Fighting Complex Of The Mea And The H.Y.T.Y., As Well As Any Other Suitable Means. 4. To Weigh, If Necessary, Every Vehicle For Which It Is Allowed To Enter The Mea And Xyty Facility, For The Purpose Of Depositing Waste And To Complete And/Or Issue Every Form/File Kept By The Agency. 5. To Guide The Incoming Vehicles, So That They Deposit The Waste At The Points Determined Each Time By The Operator. The Security Guard At The Mea And The H.Y.T.Y. Will Remain Until The Appearance Of His Replacement Or After The End Of The Hours Of Service Provision, As Analyzed Above, Until The Appearance Of The Agencys Staff. Also, During His Duty Shift, He Will Be Responsible For Keeping Incident Books, As Well As Any Other Type Of Handwritten Or Electronic File Requested By The Agency, For The External Control Of The Facilities, Control And Surveillance Of The Entire Surrounding Area. The Service Provided Is Classified Under The Following Code Of The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 79713000-5 Security Services. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Part Amounts To Eur 156,000.00 Plus 24% Vat, With An Option Of Up To 30% In Addition To The Initial Budget And An Extension For An Additional 24 Months, I.E. A Total Amount Of Eur 358,800.00 Plus 24% Vat. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At 24 Months From The Date Of Signature. This Contract Is Financed From Own Resources. The Credit For The Specific Amount Will Be Charged To The Code 61.00.96 Fees And Expenses For Guarding Facilities - Buildings Of The Expenditure Budget Of The Fo.D.S.A.
