Part 1: Modernization Of The Surface Of Municipal Roads On The Plot With Registration Number 93, Trzebiszewo District. Scope Of Investment. Modernization Of The Road Surface On A Section Of Approximately 752 M. The Works Will Consist In: • Milling Of The Existing, Degraded Surface, • Construction Of A New Road Surface Using Surface Hardening Technology (Asphalt Aggregate Sprinkled With Emulsion Asphalt And Sprinkled With Fine-Grained Aggregate).Existing Conditionthe Existing Road Structure Is Made Of A Base Of Crushed Aggregate And A Layer Of Asphalt Aggregate Sprinkled With Asphalt Emulsion And Sprinkled With Fine-Grained Aggregate. This Surface Has Been Partially Degraded - There Are Numerous Holes In Which Ponds Of Rainwater Form. The Technical Condition Of The Road Is Poor, Which Negatively Affects Traffic Comfort And Safety. There Are No Separated Pedestrian Routes Or Bicycle Infrastructure On The Modernized Section. The Road Strip Of The Municipal Road Has A Roadway With A Width Of Approximately 3.00-5.00 M. In The Area Covered By The Planned Works, There Are Underground Utilities In The Form Of Telecommunications Networks (Crossing The Road), Water Supply Networks, As Well As Power Infrastructure - Both Underground And Overhead. The Planned Works Will Not Interfere With The Existing Utilities. The Scope Of The Works Is Presented In Bills Of Quantities And Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz. Note! All Names And Trademarks Given In The Technical Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Other Documents Are Examples And Were Used To Determine The Expected Quality Standard And Or Indicate The Expected Technical Solutions. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, Which Means An Offer That Presents A Description Of The Subject Of The Order With The Same Or Better Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters Meeting The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party, Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. Notes: A/ All General Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Technical Performance Conditions And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works Under The Supervision Of Authorized Persons. B/ All Construction Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice And Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Environmental Protection.C/ The Technology For Carrying Out The Works May Be Changed To Another One, Provided That It Does Not Have Lower Technical And Operational Parameters, After Obtaining The Written Consent Of The Investor And The Author Of The Project.
