Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services To Residents Of The Social Welfare Home In Bielawa

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services To Residents Of The Social Welfare Home In Bielawa (Hereinafter Referred To As Dps) In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Organization And Provision Of Necessary Nursing Services In The Field Of Care That Go Beyond The Rights Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 146, As Amended) And The Act Of July 15, 2011 On The Professions Of Nurses And Midwives (Journal Of Laws, As Amended). 2024 Item 814, As Amended. Amended) Understood As Nursing And Care Services Provided Every Day In Stationary Conditions (Including On Holidays/Statutory Holidays) For 12 Hours, For At Least 2 People (1 Per Building) Provided By The Contractor, I.E.: 1) In The Building In Bielawa At Ul. S. Żeromskiego 2 - From 06:00 To 18:00, 2) In The Building In Niemcza, Ul. Kolejowa 14/16, From 07:00 To 19:00. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Services Will Be Provided To 125 Residents Of Dps (In Both Buildings In Total; In The Building In Niemcza It Is 76 People And In The Building In Bielawa 49 People). Number Of People In The Above-Mentioned Buildings May Change, But In Total It Should Not Exceed 130 People. 4. Persons Authorized To Contact Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party And The Contractor In The Contract. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit An Up-To-Date List Of Persons Executing The Order For The Ordering Party At Each Request During The Term Of The Contract. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Value Of The Costs Used To Determine The Offer Price Cannot Be Lower Than The Values Determined On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act Of October 10, 2002 On Minimum Remuneration For Work (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1773) And The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of September 11, 2025 On The Amount Of The Minimum Remuneration For Work And The Amount Minimum Hourly Rate In 2026 (Journal Of Laws, Item 1242). 7. Persons Performing Care Services Perform These Services To The Best Of Their Knowledge, With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Applicable Law. 8.
