The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Residents Of The Retirement Home In Cieszyn (Hereinafter Referred To As Dss Or The Ordering Party).1. The Contractors Task Will Be To Prepare Meals Based On The Ordering Partys Existing Kitchen And Serve Them To Dss Residents In Accordance With The Schedule. Main Meals (Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner) Must Be Served For A Minimum Of Two Hours. As Part Of The Service Offered And Without Additional Fees, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: A) Prepare A Holiday Menu During Christmas And Easter In Accordance With Local Culinary Traditions, B) Prepare Refreshments For Residents Once A Month In Connection With A Joint Birthday Party (Hot And Cold Drinks And Cake According To The Reported Number Of Residents).2. In Accordance With The Act On Social Assistance And The Regulation On Social Welfare Homes, The Contractor Must Provide Residents With 24-Hour Access To Basic Food Products, I.E. Drinks (One Portion Per Resident Per Day, Alternatively Instant And Ground Coffee, Fruit Tea And Sugar According To The Standard), Bread, Butter, Jam Or Cheese.3.4. Basic Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor: A) The Method Of Distribution Of Meals Will Be In A System Ensuring The Best Quality And Temperature, B) The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Recommendations Issued By The Institute Of Nutrition And Food In Warsaw And The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products For Patients And Residents In Health Care Facilities And Social Welfare Units, C) The Contractor Will Prepare And Serve Meals Maintaining Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements Regarding Staff And Production Conditions And Will Be Responsible For Compliance With Them, D) Meals Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Written Daily Requirements Divided Into Types Of Diets; The Request Will Be Submitted By An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party And Delivered To The Contractor By 1,400 For Dinner And For Breakfast And Lunch The Next Day, E) Full-Day Nutrition For Patients Will Be Prepared On The Basis Of: - A Decade Menu Agreed Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, - Diets Agreed Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, With The Proviso That Individual Diets Will Be Prepared On The Doctors Order, - Meals Will Be Prepared And Served Under The Supervision Of The Contractors Dietitian, - Only One Day Is Agreed.
