The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Kaliska 3.The Investment Area Is Located On Plot 725/5 Within 0001 Doruchów At Ul. Kaliska 3 In Doruchów, Ostrzeszów Poviat, Greater Poland Voivodeship. On The Plot There Is A Building With Three Premises - Two Residential Premises And A Senior Club Premises With Accompanying Infrastructure. Additionally, There Is A Garage Building And A Recreational Shelter On The Plot. The Area Around The Building Is Partially Paved, Creating Pedestrian Routes Providing Access To The Building And Paved Access From The Public Road To The Plot. The Remaining Area Is Covered With Low Greenery And Single Trees. The Building Has Access To The Electricity, Telecommunications, Water, Gas And Sanitary Sewage Networks. Rainwater Is Discharged Onto The Property. The Building Was Built Using Traditional Technology, 2-Story Without A Basement. The External Walls Of The Building Are Layered. 51.5 Cm (Solid Brick, Thermal Insulation, Checkered Brick, Plastered On Both Sides). The Ceiling Above The Top Floor Is Made Of Hollow Core Slabs. 24Cm. On Which A Slope Layer Of Concrete Screed Covered With Thermally Weldable Felt Is Placed. Pvc Door Joinery Of The Main Entrances And Steel Entrances To The Boiler Room, Leaks Were Observed In The Door Joinery Resulting From The Expansion Of Door Leaves Which Were In Poor Technical Condition. As Part Of The Task Of Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Kaliska 3, It Is Planned To: • Perform Thermal Modernization Of The External Walls And The Flat Roof In Order To Improve Thermal Insulation, Together With Vertical Moisture-Proof Insulation Of The Foundation Walls, Which Is Also A Layer Securing The Thermal Insulation, • Securing The Thermal Insulation Layer With Thin-Layer Plaster, Painted With Silicone Paint (Or Alternatively, Silicone Plaster Dyed In The Mass),• Renovation Of Chimneys Above The Roof,• Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Without Changing The Dimensions Of Openings In External Walls And Without Interfering With The Structure Of The Building,• Selection Of Colors For The External Walls Of The Building,• Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings And All External Window Sills Of The Building,• Replacement Of External Lighting Fixtures,• Construction Of A New Lightning Protection Installation, After Prior Disassembly Existing One, • Making A Gravel Strip Around The Building With A Concrete Curb.
