The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Gas Boiler Room In The Pans Building In Krosno At Ul. Dmochowskiego 12 - Development Of A Set Of Air Heat Pumps. As Part Of The Above-Mentioned The Task Is To Build Buildings In The Vicinity Of The Existing Gas Boiler Room Of The State Academy Of Applied Sciences In Krosno At Ul. Dmochowskiego 12, A Complex Of Air Heat Pumps. The Air Heat Pumps Will Be Placed On Foundations, Located On Plot No. 343/48, Owned By Pans In Krosno. The Designed Heat Pumps Will Be Connected To The Technological Installation Of The Gas Boiler Room Using Pre-Insulated Pipes. In Addition, The Heat Pump Set Will Be Powered By Electricity. Planned Construction Works: A) Technological Installation - Reconstruction Of The Gas Boiler Room. Two Buffer Tanks Should Be Installed In The Gas Boiler Room. The Technological Installation Of Buffer Tanks Will Be Incorporated Into The Existing Technological System Of The Gas Boiler Room. Two Designed Buffer Tanks Will Be Supplied With Heating Water From The Designed Heat Pump Set. As Part Of The Reconstruction Of The Technological Installation Of The Boiler Room, The Method Of Powering The Coil In The Existing Hot Water Heater Will Be Changed. As Part Of The Reconstruction Of The Technological Installation, A Set Of Circulation Pumps And Appropriate Fittings, Including Filters, Check Valves And Shut-Off Valves, Will Be Installed. In Addition, The Technological Installation Will Include Two Expansion Vessels, Safety Valves, Thermometers And Technical Manometers. B) A Set Of Air Heat Pumps. A Set Of Air Heat Pumps Intended For External Installation Will Be Built Next To The Gas Boiler Room. Air/Water Heat Pumps Will Be Installed In The Green Area, Next To The Internal Access Road. The Set Of Air Heat Pumps Will Be Connected Using Pre-Insulated Pipelines, Through Buffer Tanks, To The Existing Technological Installation Of The Gas Boiler Room. C) Pre-Insulated Pipelines. Pre-Insulated Pipelines Will Be Installed Between The Designed Air Heat Pumps And The Technological Installation In The Gas Boiler Room. D) Drainage Of Condensate From Heat Pumps. In Order To Drain Condensate From Air-Source Heat Pumps, A Rainwater Drainage Connection Should Be Made With Pvc Pipes. As Part Of The Construction Of The Connection, Inspection Wells Will Be Built With Cast Iron Manholes. E) Tests Of The Technological Installation. After Rebuilding The Technological Installation, It Should Be Flushed And A Pressure Test Performed. F) Foundation Footings For Heat Pumps. The Scope Of Work Also Includes Earthworks, Foundation Construction And Insulation. G) Electrical Installation For Powering Heat Pumps. A Switchboard Should Be Installed To Power The Designed Heat Pumps. Free-Standing, Outdoor Switchgear, Placed On A Prefabricated Foundation. H) Works Accompanying Installation And Construction Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Entire Scope Of The Investment Project.
