Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Entitled: Crisis Defense Center In Żary

1. The Aim Of The Project Is To Develop And Improve The Quality Of Fire Brigade Infrastructure In The Face Of Growing Challenges Related To Fire Protection And Public Safety, Including Support For The Local Community In Crisis Situations, By Designing The Construction Of A Fire Station For The Volunteer Fire Department In Żary-Kunice, Together With A Protective Structure And A Community Center That Is A Place For Integration And Involvement Of The Local Community, And In The Event Of A Threat Resulting From A Natural Disaster Or Terrorist Events Or War, As A Place Of Emergency Shelter.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Basic Scope - Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining A Formal And Legal Document Authorizing The Construction Of: A Fire Station For The Volunteer Fire Department With A Civil Defense Warehouse, A Part Meeting The Requirements Of A Shelter Or Hiding Place, A Community Center Meeting The Requirements Of A Place Of Emergency Shelter, And An Access And Accompanying Road Infrastructure, In Accordance With The Developed Documentation And Taking Into Account The Employers Design Guidelines, Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Planned Order, Including: 1) Development Of The Concept In A Descriptive And Graphic Form, 2) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, 3) Preparation Of Design Documentation Required To Submit An Application For A Building Permit And Design Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order For The Performance Of Construction Works, Including In Particular: A) Construction Design: - Plot Or Area Development Design, - Design Architectural And Construction Design, - Technical Design, - Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required To Be Attached Pursuant To Regulations (E.G. Derogations, Water Permit), B) Detailed Design, C) Bill Of Quantities, 4) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 5) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate, 6) Preparation Of A Greenery Design Including Planting Greenery And Recommendations Maintenance For The Existing And Planned Greenery, 7) Preparation Of Geological And Engineering Documentation Or Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Building Structures, 8) Preparation Of A Schedule For The Execution Of Works Specified In The Table Of Settlement Elements, 9) Preparation Of Visualization - At Least 4 Shots Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Design Stage, 10) Preparation Of A Design Of Interior Finishing And Furnishing Including: A) Design Of Light Development, B) Design Of Colors And Material Solutions For Interior Finishing Along With Detail Solutions, C) Design Of Built-In Furniture, D) Design Of Movable Equipment. 11) Development Of A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization And Its Approval By The Appropriate Traffic Management Authority.
