The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Including The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Marked With The Symbol B.02 Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development On A Plot With Registration Number 632/3 Within 066201_1.0011 Located In Chełm At Ul. Western. The Material Scope Of The Construction Of A Residential Building Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development Includes, Among Others: 1) Multi-Family Residential Building B.02 As A Compact Block With 7 Above-Ground Floors, With The Southern Part Lowered To 5 Above-Ground Floors, With An Underground Parking Lot. The Building Should Be Designed As One Staircase Section With A Two-Flight Staircase And An Elevator Connecting All Levels.
