The Above-Mentioned Devices Will Be Installed On Foundations Prepared By The Contractor. The Software Supervising The Operation Of The System Should Be Installed On Two Computers Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Paid Parking Zone Office In Nakło Nad Notecią. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Fifteen New, Technically Efficient Devices For Collecting Parking Fees (Parking Meters) Along With A Computer System For Managing These Devices In The Paid Parking Zone And Paid Parking Spaces On In The City Of Nakło Nad Notecią, Along With Information Signs (Letter P) In Places Indicated And Determined By The Ordering Party;2) Installation Of New Parking Meters Will Take Place During The Opening Hours Of The Spp And Pmp Due To Access To The Management System Located In The Spp And Pmp Office;3) Training Of Four Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Devices Referred To In Point 1;4) Servicing Of The Devices, Referred To In Point 1, During The Warranty Period; 5) Purchase, Installation And Launch Of A System For Computer Operation Of Devices For Collecting Parking Fees (Parking Meters) In The Paid Parking Zone And Paid Parking Spaces In The City Of Nakło Nad Notecią; 6) Remote Supervision Of The Devices Based On The Gsm Module (Sim Cards On The Ordering Partys Side); 7) Debt Collection System - Must Be Compatible With The Data Management Program For Failure To Pay The Fee For Parking In Sega Paid Parking Zones;8) Electronic Data Recording System Also Regarding Registered Offenses And Issued Subscriptions - Must Be Compatible With The Program For Managing Data For Failure To Pay The Fee For Parking In Sega Paid Parking Zones; 9) The Cost Of Transporting The Devices Referred To In Point 1; 10) Bearing All Costs Related To Changing Parking Fees In The Paid Parking Zone And Paid Parking Spaces In The City Of Nakło Nad Notecią - Throughout The Warranty Period (E.G. Costs Of Changing Boards And Programs Of Parking Time Measurement Devices And Others).
