Tenders Are Invited For Liquid Waste Collection Service With Transport And Disposal At A Sewage Treatment Plant

2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Terms Of Contract Execution Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And In This Specification Of Contract Terms. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract And Swz.4. The Service Will Be Performed With The Care Required In This Type Of Activity And In Accordance With The Principles Of Professionalism, Applicable Regulations, And The Arrangements Contained In This Contract.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Terms Of The Public Procurement Procedure, The Submitted Offer And The Arrangements Specified In The Contract.6. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Service Specified In The Subject Of The Contract Based On Personnel With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations, Knowledge And Experience Required For The Provision Of Services Of This Type.7. The Contractor Is The Producer Of Waste Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With Art. 3 Section 1 Point 32 Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws 2023.1587, I.E.).8. The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With Environmental Protection Regulations When Performing The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws 2025.647, Consolidated Text) And The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws 2023.1587, Consolidated Text).9. The Contractor Shall Bear All Costs Related To The Performance Of The Obligations Imposed On Him In This Agreement And In Legal Provisions, And Shall Be Solely And Fully Liable For The Consequences Of Their Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Towards The Ordering Party And Third Parties. In Particular, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For The Need To Pay Fees, Penalties Or Fines Provided For In The Regulations On Environmental Or Nature Protection And In The Regulations Governing Waste Management.10. By Joining The Procedure, The Contractor Accepts The Fact That The Quantities Specified In Point 8 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 1 To The Swz Are Estimated Quantities, Depending On The Current Needs Submitted To The Ordering Party. The Service Will Be Provided Successively Up To The Actual Needs During The Contract Period, Based On The Actual Needs Submitted To The Ordering Party. 11. Increasing Or Decreasing The Quantities Referred To In Section 8 May Not Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Any Claims Against The Ordering Party.12. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed For The Operation Of: - Stationary Septic Tanks On Working Days From Monday To Friday (Excluding Holidays Falling On These Days), From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., - Container Septic/Mobile Tanks On Days From Monday To Sunday (Including Holidays And Non-W
