The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of The Main Low Voltage 0.4 Kv Rg-Zu Switchgear In The Brewery Building Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine (Park Kingi 1, Wieliczka).1.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare Design Documentation For The Replacement Of The Switchgear And Agree It With The Persons Supervising The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order On The Part Of The Ordering Party, 2) Purchase, Deliver And Replace The Rg-Zu Switchgear (Hereinafter Referred To As The Switchboard), 3) Integrate The New Switchgear With The Scada Dcs System Used By The Ordering Party, While Maintaining The Full Functionality Of The Installation Control System Leakage Disposal,4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Containing At Least: Electrical Diagrams, Drawings And Calculations As Well As Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Devices Used, Along With Carrying Out Functional Tests And Acceptance Measurements.1.3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Preparation Of The Installation Site For The New Switchgear: Securing The Area, Dismantling Old Structural Elements, 2) Disconnection Of The Existing Rg-Zu Switchgear From The Main Power Supply, On The Date Agreed With The Person Supervising The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order On The Part Of The Ordering Party, Falling During The Installation Shutdown, 3) Dismantling The Existing Main Switchgear, Including The Switchgear And Protection, Busbars, Connection Power Cables, 4) Delivery Of A Brand New, Complete Switchgear In A Modular System, In A Steel Casing, Structure Adapted To Industrial Conditions (Dust, Vibration, Moisture Resistant) With A Protection Level Of Ip54 (Or Higher) Or Equivalent Indicated In The Offer; Main Cu Busbars In Accordance With The Power Demand Of The Facility,5) Installation Of The Switchgear On The Supporting Structure,6) Connection Of Power Supply And Downstream Cables, Including Replacement Of Outgoing Cables If The Existing Ones Turn Out To Be Too Short To Connect New Devices,7) Execution Of Grounding And Equalizing Connections,8) Replacement Of Equipment And The Automatic Power Supply Switching System,9) Marking Fields, Current Circuits And Devices In Accordance With Applicable Regulations,10) Carrying Out The Necessary Electrical Measurements: Insulation Resistance, Short-Circuit Loop Impedance, Continuity Of Protective Conductors, Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protection And Grounding, Along With Preparing Reports On The Measurements Made,11) Carrying Out Functional Tests Of The Switchgear And Its Test Run,12) Preparing Documentation As-Built.1.4. Technical Description Of The Currently Used Switchgear, Including The Method Of Control And Operation Of The Outgoing And Signal Lines Of The Rg-Zu Switchboard, Description Of Operational Control By The Scada Dcs Computer System And Renovation Control From The Manual Control Box, Possibility Of Emergency Shutdown Of Devices,
