The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Washing Services For Underwear, Clothes, Hospital Bedding And The Lease Of Bed Linen, The Estimated Amount Of Washing Of The Products Owned By The Ordering Party Is 51,568 Kg And The Washing And Leasing Of Approximately 900 Sets Of Bed Linen Leased From The Contractor For The Duration Of The Contract, I.E. 24 Months. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1) Laundry And Rental Of Hospital Bed Linen, 2) Laundry Of Other Products Of The Ordering Party 3) Thermal And Chemical Disinfection 4) Disinfection Of Mattresses In A Disinfection Chamber Equipped With A Recorder And Printer Of Disinfection Process Parameters 5) Minor Tailoring Repairs 6) Ironing 7) Mangling 8) Sorting And Packing 9) Transport (Unloading And Loading) In Marked Fabric Bags On Trolleys Secured With A Waterproof Cover In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Recommendations, Divided Into Leased And Own Bedding Of The Health Care Complex In Brodnica.10) Implementation Of A Linen Labeling System.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Described And Detailed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Entitled: Description Of Service Provision. It Is The Contractors Obligation To Read The Content Of The Swz, Including The Draft Contract And Its Annex, And To Obtain All Information Necessary To Properly Prepare The Offer.
