1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation, Implementation, Maintenance And Service Of An It System For Planning, Monitoring And Control Of Vehicles Collecting Municipal Waste.2. As Part Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires In Particular: 1) Adaptation Of The System Elements Owned By The Ordering Party And The Launch Of A Customized Monitoring System On The Ordering Partys Vehicles Specified In Annex 2 To Opz; 2) Delivery Of The Inventory Application; 3) Delivery Of The Main Application; 4) Delivery Of The Driver Application; 5) Provision Of Access To The Notification Portal And Video Recordings For The Municipal Affairs Department Of The City Hall Gdańsk;6) Maintaining Monitoring Systems On The Ordering Partys Vehicles And Providing Services And Applications;7) Providing Repair Services In The Event Of Failure.3. A Detailed Description Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Required Warranty Period Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
