The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of The Ceiling Under The Gate Clearance In The Building At Ul. Krzyżanowskiego 42, Renovation Of The Facade And Balconies And Renovation Of The Basement Ceiling Of The Building At Ul. Krzyżanowskiego 48 In The Design And Build System, In Particular: 1) Implementation Of Complete Design Documentation With The Required Arrangements, Based On The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract; 2) Execution Of Construction Works - In Accordance With The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor, Approved By The Ordering Party; 3) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Works Construction Works According To The Prepared Design Studies. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Design Provisions Of The Contract And The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conduct A Site Visit At His Own Expense, Announcement No. 2025/Bzp 00399690/01 Of 2025-09-012025-09-01 Public Procurement Bulletin Contract Notice - The Contract Is Awarded In The Basic Mode On The Basis Of: Art. 275 Point 1 Of The Act - Construction Works, Where The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Carried Out And Obtaining (At His Own Responsibility And Risk) All Information That May Be Important For The Preparation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For His Business, With An Insurance Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 220,000.00 For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Cover His Contractual And Tort Liability.
