The Scope Of The Renovation Of The Rooms Includes: New Arrangement Of Rooms, Replacement Of Floors, Internal Door Joinery, Internal Window Sills, Installation Of Suspended Ceilings In Some Rooms, Installation Of New Wall And Ceiling Cladding, Renovation Of Electrical Installations, Renovation Of Ventilation, Water And Sewage, Central Heating. Including Replacing Radiators With New Ones, As Well As Thermal Modernization Of The Facade. The Valuation Should Include The Purchase And Installation Of An Electric Capacitive Water Heater With A Capacity Of 120 Liters In Accordance With The Design Documentation. (Note! As Part Of A Separate Procedure, The Ordering Party Will Implement Part Of The Scope Indicated In The Detailed Design Of The Construction Industry, I.E.: Thermal Modernization Of The Roof - It Is Not In The Scope Of The Subject Procedure). The Full Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E. In: A) Annex No. 4A - Design Documentation, B) Annex No. 4B - Bill Of Quantities, C) Annex No. 4 C - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Providing A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Required Warranty Period For Defects For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.
