The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Design Documentation In The Design And Build System And Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of A Smoke Extraction System For Staircases No. 1 And No. 2 And Fire Dampers In The Ventilation System In Building A Of The Social Welfare Home In Skrzynno. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Documentation Based On The Construction Design, The Decision - Building Permit And The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As: Ffu), Including: A) Technical Design For All Industries, I.E. Construction, Electrical, Ventilation Industries; B) Detailed Design For All Industries, I.E. Construction, Electrical, Ventilation Industries; C) Bill Of Quantities, D) Offer Cost Estimate, E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), F) As-Built Documentation Along With Changes Made, If Any; The Contractor Will Provide The Entire Documentation In Three Copies In A Paper Version And One Copy In An Electronic Pdf Version; 2) Obtaining The Required Arrangements With The Fire Protection Expert And, If Necessary, The Need For Appropriate Permits, Permits, Approvals, Etc.;3) Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation, Including, Among Others: On: A) Construction Of A Gravity Smoke Exhaust System In Two Staircases In Building A, I.E.
