4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of Primary School No. 2 With Bilingual Classes In The City Of Łuków, A Project Covered By Non-Repayable Support From The Development Plan (Contract No. Kpod.03.05-Iw.04-0206/24) As Part Of The Investment: B1.1.3. Thermal Modernization Of Educational Institutions Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Scope Of Material Constituting Construction Works In The Primary School Building, Which Is An Active Facility Where Teaching Classes Are Conducted. The Facility For Which Construction Works Are Planned, Including Thermal Modernization Works, Internal Electrical Installation And Sanitary Works, Is A Complex Of Several Interconnected Teaching Buildings (Blocks) With Administrative, Technical, Utility And School Rooms, As Well As A School Sports Hall With Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities. Within The Material Scope, The Ordering Party Absolutely Requires The Contractor To Implement The Construction Project Based On The Compliance Of The Project With The Dnsh Principle, I.E. Do Not Cause Serious Damage. The Ordering Party Absolutely Obliges The Contractor To Collect Information, Data And Relevant Documentation On An Ongoing Basis, Constituting Confirmation Of The Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle, And To Provide Them At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.4.2.
