Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. Thermal Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Broszkowice, Including: A) Preparatory Works, B) Works Related To The Thermal Modernization Of The Municipal Volunteer Fire Department Building In Broszkowice: Insulation Of The Flat Roof And External Walls.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, Arrangements, And Building Permit.3. The Attached Design Documentation Is Being Implemented In Stages, And The Scope Indicated Above Is One Of Its Elements.4. Rules For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Obligations Of The Parties; 2) Participants In The Investment Process; 3) Deadlines 4) Rules For The Execution And Settlement Of Works; 5) Suspension Of Works; 6) Types Of Acceptance And Rules For Carrying Them Out; 7) Quality Control - Disclosure And Removal Of Defects And Faults; 8) Contractual Penalties; 9) Contractors Remuneration And Payment Rules; 10) Amendments To The Contract; Are Specified In Detail In The Material Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 8 To Swz.5. The Contractors Remuneration Is Of A Cost Estimate And Settlement Nature.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Simplified Cost Estimates In Accordance With The Bills Of Quantities In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Point 20.3 Of Swz.7. The Contractors Settlement For The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made On The Basis Of An As-Built Cost Estimate Based On The Actual Performance Of The Number Of Works Approved By The Ordering Party (Investors Supervision Inspector), Based On Unit Prices Resulting From The Offer Cost Estimates.8. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Issue Monthly Invoices For Partial Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Up To A Total Value Not Exceeding 90% Of The Total Remuneration. The Remaining Part Of The Remuneration (Min. 10%) Will Be Paid After Preparing The As-Built Documentation And Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The First Partial Invoicing May Take Place In 20269. The Investment Is Carried Out With Co-Financing Under The Priority Program Of The Voivodeship Fund For Environmental Protection - National Fund For Rescue Services - Part 3) Energy Modernization Of Buildings Of The Volunteer Fire Brigades. 10. Warranty - The Duration Of The Warranty And Warranty Period For The Construction Works Performed And The Delivered And Incorporated Materials Is A Minimum Period Of 60 Months And A Maximum Period Of 72 Months From The Signing Of The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol. Above The Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. 11. The Contractor Should Have An Insurance Policy That He Is Insured Against All Risks And Liabilities Related To The Implementation Of The Agreement.
