The Construction Project Involves The Construction Of A Single-Story Building Without A Basement In The Shape Of A Rectangle With A Gable Roof, Consisting Of A Hall With Sanitary Facilities, Kitchen Facilities, Warehouses And Social Facilities. The Task Will Also Include Water, Sanitary And Electrical Connections, As Well As External Development Around The Building, Including Pedestrian And Road Routes, Fencing And Elements Of Small Architecture. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Industry Arrangements And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Prepared By The Pol-Inwest Andrzej Szajdziński Design Office From Kalisz, The Content Of Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With. 4. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Clarifying In The Sense That If Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities Are Found, The Contractor Cannot Limit Either The Scope Of Its Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of Its Obligations Under The Public Procurement Contract.5. The Contractor Acknowledges That: A) The Ordering Party Declares That For The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Construction Of A Village Community Center With Land Development In The Town Of Uśnice, The Town And Commune Of Sztum Submitted An Application For Aid Under Intervention I.13.1 Leader/Community-Led Local Development - Implementation Of Lds - Excluding Grant Projects Covered By The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027. Therefore, In The Event Of Receiving Funding, The Parties Declare That They Are Aware That It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest To Complete The Order On Time. If The Contractual Deadline Specified In §3 Of This Contract Is Not Met, The Ordering Party Will Lose The Funding And Damage Will Result.
