The Maximum Hourly Consumption Of Gas Fuel - Contractual Power Is 603 Kwh/H.3.5. The Plant Will Use The Ability To Track Data From The Converter Free Of Charge.3.7. Gas Fuel Will Be Delivered On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Gas Fuel Supply Contract, Under The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis.3.8. If The Ordering Party Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Markings Of Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1-3 Pzp, They Should Be Understood As Examples. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Pzp Allows In Each Case The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Content Of The Tor.
