The Scope Of Work On Tree Felling Includes: - Cutting Down A Tree Without Milling The Trunk At Ground Level, - Cutting Down A Tree With Milling Of The Trunk To A Height Of 20 Cm Below The Ground Level - If Applicable, - Cutting Down Self-Seeding Trees, - Selling Wood, - Cleaning Up The Area After Felling, Removing Branches And Leveling The Area, - Repairing Any Damage Caused During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, - Removing Suckers From The Trunks Trees, - X-Raying Of Trees - Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 87A Of The Nature Protection Act Of April 16, 2002. (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1478, Consolidated Text), Before Removing The Tree, The Contractor Should Determine Whether It Is A Breeding Or Residence Site For Protected Species Of Plants, Animals And Fungi. If Such Facts Are Found, The Tree May Be Cut Down After The Applicant Obtains The Consent Of The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Katowice. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.3. The Ordering Party May Increase The Amounts Of The Scope Of Works Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz In The Event Of Receiving New Decisions On Cutting Down During The Implementation Of The Task.4. The Contractor Is Recommended To Obtain All Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Sign The Contract. 5. The Condition For Performing Additional Works Is That The Contractor Submits An Additional Cost Estimate Covering The Increased Scope Of Works And Its Acceptance By The Ordering Party.
